Hi,
I have a 14 year old Welsh pony that belongs to my daughter. We are having surgery on her right front foot to debride the coffin bone due to an infection from an abscess. I am looking for proven supplements to help in the recovery process and to promote bone regeneration.

   Tammy,
   Due to the fact you are having surgery on the coffin bone there will be a great deal of remodeling of the bone as the surgeons will be debriding the infected area(s) and the bone will remodel (filling in the debrided area(s) ). This process needs to be addressed nutritionally in order to have these areas filled in by promoting bone regeneration with quality bone matrix.
